Job description:
- Create, review, and update content on e-commerce websites in collaboration with design, marketing, and product development teams
- Create guidelines and procedures for content creation and new product listings
- Develop monthly marketing plans to increase digital sales on our website and other digital platforms
- Monitor e-platform functionality and conduct regular website checks.
- Return, refund and shop ratings management
- Ad hoc duties whenever needed.
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or relevant sales experience required, with proficiency in Excel for calculations, data linking, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee and etc., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential, along with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management.
- Should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
