- 管理日常办公室运营,包括日程安排、通信和记录管理。

- 维护和组织学生档案、数据库和其他重要文件。

- 通过电话、电子邮件和面对面处理学生、家长和员工的查询。

- 协助协调学院活动、会议和预约。

- 根据需要准备和分发报告、演示文稿和其他文件。

- 订购办公用品并管理库存。


*销售协调:*

- 支持销售团队进行潜在客户生成、跟进和客户关系管理。

- 协助开发和实施销售策略和活动。

- 进行市场调研,识别新的销售机会和潜在客户。

- 保持准确和最新的销售记录和数据库。

- 协调和参与宣传活动,如开放日和教育展览会。

- 为潜在学生及其家庭提供优质的客户服务,指导他们完成招生过程。


*资格要求:*

- 商务管理、市场营销或相关领域的文凭或学位。

- 具有行政和销售支持角色的相关经验,最好是在教育行业。

- 优秀的组织和多任务处理能力。

- 出色的口头和书面沟通能力。

- 精通 Microsoft Office & EXcel 套件和 SMS 软件。

- 能够独立工作并具备团队合作精神。

*Location:* BizChamp International College


*Position Type:* Full-time


*Working Hours:*

- Monday to Friday: 1 PM - 10 PM

- Saturday: 1 PM - 5 PM


*Job Summary:*

BizChamp International College is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks while also contributing to the sales efforts of the college. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


*Key Responsibilities:*


*Administrative Duties:*

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

- Maintain and organize student files, databases, and other important documents.

- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in-person.

- Assist with the coordination of college events, meetings, and appointments.

- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

- Order office supplies and manage inventory.


*Sales Coordination:*

- Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.

- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, such as open houses and education fairs.

- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process.


*Qualifications:*

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in administrative and sales support roles, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
