BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The Business Director will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our F&B business unit. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the F&B industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.


Job Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the F&B sector. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing mentorship and support to team members.

- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and enhance the product portfolio. Ensure products meet market demand and quality standards.

- Marketing and Sales: Oversee marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies.

- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with a proven track record in a senior management or director-level role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, product development, and financial management
  • Strong e-commerce background with AI proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in business development and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
