- 2 days at Bugis: 8.30pm - 5.30pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and driving process improvements within our HR function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, a deep understanding of Singapore employment regulations, and the ability to manage complex HR projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies, documents, and procedures to ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Consolidate and review best practices and internal data to guide HR policy setting.
Issue Resolution and Process Improvement:
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex HR inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to implement process improvements.
Project Management:
- Undertake various HR projects, both internally and externally focused.
- Break down problems and projects into manageable components to drive alignment and deliver effective solutions.
Benefits Administration:
- Partner with benefit vendors and validate invoices according to contractual terms.
- Oversee the processing of monthly payments for benefits programs and reconcile employee census data.
Employee and Manager Support:
- Provide guidance on complex policy and benefits-related matters, including eligibility, enrolment, and claims.
- Participate in employee relations activities, process grievances, and advise supervisors on HR policy interpretation.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations and policy work.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in written communication.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
