As a Retail Fashion Advisor, you will be the face of The JeJe Korea, providing personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will assist customers in selecting and styling products, share knowledge about the latest fashion trends, and ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Your role is crucial in helping customers feel confident in their purchases and building lasting relationships with them.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Handle sales transactions and manage inventory.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the latest trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred but not required.
