1. Assist in formulating and implementing research plans, and summarizing research
results.
2. Support the screening and research of proprietary Chinese medicine formulations,
conducting and completing relevant experiments.
3. Contribute to small-scale production process research and complete relevant
production system documentation.
4. Participate in the collation and writing of technical data required for registration and
declaration.
5. Engage in the academic promotion of products and cooperative research on clinical
topics.
Short term assistant to the Chairman role duties, required only until the product research application process begins:
1. Assist the Chairman with office related affairs.
2. Conduct business data analysis and assist in promoting the continuous improvement
of business and company SOP.
3. Record and organize meeting minutes, company memorabilia, articles & other related
matters.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Master’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
Graduates from Ivy League or other top-tier universities are preferred.
2. Bilingual, both Chinese and English. (spoken and written)
3. At least three years of research and application experience in drugs or proprietary
Chinese medicines is preferred.
