Job Scope:
Installation and Setup:
- Install and configure equipment and systems.
- Ensure proper setup according to specifications and requirements.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in equipment.
- Replace defective or worn-out parts.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint problems.
- Provide solutions to minimize downtime.
Testing and Calibration:
- Conduct tests to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Documentation:
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Document procedures, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and support to users or clients.
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to equipment operation.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure equipment complies with relevant standards and regulations.
Upgrading and Enhancements:
- Implement upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and apply them as needed.
Training and Guidance:
- Train users or clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians or apprentices.
Collaboration:
- Work with other technicians, engineers, and professionals to solve complex issues.
- Collaborate on projects and tasks to achieve common goals.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec Qualification
- Good to have relevant technician experience
