Job Description:
- Involved in the recruitment process, includes posting job openings, conducting interviews, and assisting with the selection of candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Process payroll and overtime payment.
- Helping managers and employees set and achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate employee training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Generate reports and metrics related to HR activities for management and decision-making purposes.
- Handle the termination process, including conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process.
Requirements :
- At least Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
