Job Scope:
- Supervise subcontractors' work based on drawings, methods, materials, and samples.
- Collaborate with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on drawings and materials.
- Review and align fire protection design drawings for compliance.
- Identify discrepancies between mechanical and electrical (M&E), structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
- Manage and execute projects according to schedules.
- Attend meetings with contractors, address issues, and update progress.
- Study drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Assign tasks to supervisors, ensuring standards and SOPs are met.
- Plan and lead testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
- Follow up on site and authority inspections and rectify defects in fire protection works.
- Plan and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM), training materials, and As-Builts for handover.
- Coordinate maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Requirement
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in related technical field.
✔️ Must be able to read blueprints, understand and apply customer specifications
