What you will be doing
- Independently or as part of a team, contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers
- Identify new and support existing customers across SEA (mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)
- Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives
- Communicate and present product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives
- Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and documentation needed to book an order. May assist in negotiating final pricing
- Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables
- Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.
What we are looking for
- Past working experiences in semiconductor, Heat treatment or CVD/CVI industry
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of semiconductor, heat treatment & CVD/CVI processes
- Kept updated with semiconductor / heat treatment industry news and happenings around the globe
- Had worked with stakeholders/ customers of all levels
- Problem-solver, proactive and resourceful
- Fluent communication and positive interpersonal skills
- Experience in serving manufacturing and R&D industry
- Know-how in handling university/government tenders
- 10% travelling requirements
