Restaurant Manager Job Description for Halal Restaurant
- To manage staffing arrangement and ensure that all staff and workers, Full Timer and Part Timer are competent and legally employed.
- To ensure that the restaurant operations are run in a systematic manner to maximize turnover and profits.
- To ensure all food prepared / served are hygienic and of top quality.
- To cultivate a high standard of customer service and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere to all patrons.
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in dispute resolution and negotiations.
- Provide information for Management decision-making.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cost and quality controls.
- Manage site / outlet equipment maintenance.
- Motivate team.
- To liaise with Company Accounts Executive on finance, payroll, HR, insurances and administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
- 6 Working Days
- Must work on Weekends
- Operating Hours 11.30am to 9.30pm with 2 hour break
