Job Description
As the HR cum Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing both human resources and financial operations of our company. This position requires a candidate who is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You will report directly to the directors and ensure that our HR and finance functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- **Human Resources:**
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
- **Finance:**
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for directors.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in both HR and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and financial management.
