Responsibilities
- Provide clients with advice and guidance on insurance products and services and recommend appropriate coverage levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients and negotiate terms and conditions with insurers on their behalf.
- Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with insurance underwriters to secure the best terms and coverage for clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and insurance policies.
- Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and product developments, and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
