FINANCE ACCOUNTANT
Location: Central (Newton)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Office Hours)
- Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 5000
- Flexi Dollars S$ 1000
- Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Assist in consolidation of the group accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting related will be highly preferred
- Preferably at least 3 years of accounting and/or auditing trained working experiences
- Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Able to do consolidation of the group accounts
- Prior experience in accounting in a financial services industry is an advantage.
