Job Description:
1. Support the end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to goals and objectives:
• Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Assist in planning and managing schedules. Support coordination with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Assist in preparation and organise training materials, ensure logistics support for training sessions.
• Reporting: Compile report required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Assist in preparing reports on training outcomes and metrics.
• Training Documentation: Maintain and update training records, help in providing basic insights based on evaluation data.
• eLearning Platform: Assist in maintaining learning content, support user accounts and troubleshoot issues.
• Support events such as staff wellness, process/ work improvement review projects etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree holder in human resource, business admin, business, psychology
- Able to start immediately
- Able to commit for 1 year
