Support the end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to goals and objectives:
- Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Assist in planning and managing schedules. Support coordination with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Assist in preparation and organise training materials, ensure logistics support for training sessions.
- Reporting: Compile report required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Assist in preparing reports on training outcomes and metrics.
- Training Documentation: Maintain and update training records, help in providing basic insights based on evaluation data.
- eLearning Platform: Assist in maintaining learning content, support user accounts and troubleshoot issues.
- Support events such as staff wellness, process/ work improvement review projects etc.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Human resource relevant discipline
- Meticulous, organised, sense of urgency
- Interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Able to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary team(s)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
