Job Description:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews: Scheduling and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Managing Recruitment Databases: Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and records.
- Onboarding New Hires: Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in HR
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR related would be preferred!
