We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join us in our growing company.


Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare, and performance management, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues
  • Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose, and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations
  • Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Assist the management in the implementation of HR departmental functions and projects toward the accomplishment of departmental KPIs and SOP
  • Assist the management in the preparation of multiple audit works.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Liaise with statutory boards

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience or a Diploma in Human Resources with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt, navigate and drive towards impact in dynamic situations with resilience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
