Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare, and performance management, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues
- Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose, and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations
- Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Assist the management in the implementation of HR departmental functions and projects toward the accomplishment of departmental KPIs and SOP
- Assist the management in the preparation of multiple audit works.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Liaise with statutory boards
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience or a Diploma in Human Resources with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt, navigate and drive towards impact in dynamic situations with resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
