RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage an end-to-end transformation project that will change the nature of activities conducted in Singapore and transfer responsibilities to India on many services delivered by DEC
- Drive all preparation work
- Co-design the target operating model and transition plan
- Follow up the transition and define criteria to switch to the next steps
- Manage project risks and proactively propose and implement mitigation measures
- Define the KPI to be followed post-transition and more globally the target dashboard
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure coherence of internal operating models and contractual terms and agreements with provider
- Contribute to transversal streams such as Communication, HR, and procurement
- Travel to India periodically to oversee and monitor the progress of the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Transition Manager on IT outsourcing projects and/or IT organization transformation
- Skilled in IT service level agreement, services delivery model, and IT project execution models
- Skilled in design of organizations, financial models, and to some extend applicable tax, legal and regulatory matters
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively up to C-level
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to India as needed.
