This is a permanent position with a technology company, based in Singapore.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the design process.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
- Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the design and development process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
