Short description:

Drive the Cluster SC Pillar with strategy development, competence development, prioritization and governance of cells and teams. Work closely with Cluster Process Driver and Business Experts to drive process performance by having competent business experts, applying the right tools and workeffectively together across functions to deliver value to our customers operating effectively.


Key responsibilities:

Lead Cluster Supply Chain Pillar:

•Lead end to end supply chain by applying WCM culture, tools, mindset and continuous improvement to attack supply chain losses.

•Drive development Cluster SC Pillar and WCM excellence in Cells and Improvement Teams

•Drive simplification and benchmarking, audits and SC WCM assessments.

Drive Process Performance:

•Drive world class execution of OFPM processes across the cluster through process alignment, process control and continuous improvement in alignment with global process model, KPIs and tools.

•Secure process understanding is in place & operate effectively

•Secure process compliance & consistency across cluster (Process Reviews)

•Drive continuous improvement and support local/central initiatives

•Drive Change Management and ensure implementation of global projects

•Ensure Business Expert community is complete, competent and operating effectively.

•Ensure that master data maintenance is understood and maintenance rules followed within process


Critical Experience:

At least 5 years operational experience in process orientation and related skills.

Understanding Tetra Pak supply chain operation is highly preferred.

Excellent experience and proven knowledge of WCM methods and their application.

Excellent OFPM process knowledge

Excellent general supply chain knowledge, including financial implications of decisions

Good Change Management skills

Good communication skills and good stakeholder management skills.

Good customer understanding.

Project Management skills and experience.
