Your new role
• Payroll Management: Assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all data entered in the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Ensure timely update of employee records.
• Claims and Reporting: Submit CPF contributions, NS make-up claims, government-paid leave reimbursement claims, and IRAS tax reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required claims and reports.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee inquiries and assisting with HR projects.
• Manage and organize HR documentation and paperwork.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR department to support team objectives and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience will be highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
