- Providing timely order management report and information to customers
- Providing a timely feedback of acknowledgement to customers for new and change orders
- Providing full set of shipping documents and ensuring timely invoicing to customer
- Import/ Export
- Drive order fulfillment closure on monthly basis
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Diploma Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk and/or Logistics
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
