Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist with the performance management process by setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, planning and delivering training programs, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and databases, including employee files, timekeeping, and payroll information.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
