The Operations Executive actively supports the daily cleaning operations and deploying of manpower movement and ensuring high standard of cleaning services management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Operation Manager in various project sites and coordination of manpower deployment.
- Provide training to new hires in relation to the expected standards of work, cleanliness, hygiene and safety (including machine handling)
- Conduct regular inspection to uphold the high level of cleanliness and work standards and to meet the clients’ expectations.
- Monitor staff’s attendance to ensure all overtime are being compiled correctly and meeting the payroll’s requirements.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory.
- Key liaison personnel with the customers on service level and performance standards.
- Implement, review and revise of existing and new processes and/or productivity improvement methods.
- Any other duties as directed
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in cleaning operations management or similar position.
- Responsible with positive working and learning attitude.
- Team player and possess good supervisory and interpersonal skill.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
