Working Location:Caldecott
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month
Responsibilities:
· Assist with setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments for induction sessions and Foundation Programme trainings.
· Provide tech support to trainers during trainings
· Collating of post-training feedback from participants and include into master database
· Administering of assessments during trainings
· Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry.
· Provide onsite support for volunteer training on weekends (around 4 hours during one Friday night or Sat morning in a month)
· Prepare monthly training schedules
· In addition to the above stated duties, staff shall undertake such other duties from time to time as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
· Training / Events experience is preferred
