1. Duty & Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support
- Handling work pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and appeal, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Foreign worker accommodation matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your supervisor
2. Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
- Experience in using HRMS, Info – Tech is an advantage.
