Job Description:
1.Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
2.Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
3.Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies
4.Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
5.Chair M&E coordination meeting
6.Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
7.Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors
8.Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services
9.Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
Qualifications:
1.Preferably with a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from A1 main contractor
3.Good written and spoken English
4.Exhibit good character of strength, willing to learn and resourceful
5.Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
6.Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
7.Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast and dynamic work environment
