Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical design of ATEX / IECEX explosionproof mobile vehicles (electrically powered or diesel engines powered).
- Perform electrical design of ATEX / IECEX explosionproof diesel engines equipment for the marine offshore oil & gas industry (compressors, generator sets, pumps, etc).
- Define systems architecture and generate wiring diagrams, control system • Specify components.
- Generate part numbers and BOMs.
- Generate engineering specifications and checklists to ensure “right first time” design approach.
- Work on standardization processes and cost reduction processes as required.
- Standardize / improve / document design work processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in the electrical / electronic / mechatronic field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- ATEX / IECEX design knowledge would be advantage
- Excellent in electrical AutoCAD or equivalent (use of the See Electrical IGE-XAO software is add advantages)
- Design and compliance focus with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to read the mechanical and electrical technical drawing
- Ability to use the MS. Office package (word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
