Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Operations Senior Executive/Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the complete logistics process for project shipments, including all necessary documentation.
- Ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods from origin to destination, following the Project Manager’s scope of work.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers to ensure safe and efficient shipment transport.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Address and resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver service quality in line with Blue Water standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding
