Responsibilities
- Maintain proper office filing & archiving system (soft & hard copies).
- Follow up on Expense Approval process to ensure proper documentation and requisite approvals are in place.
- Assisting in handle DO, invoice, payroll, CPF, performing basic bookkeeping. etc.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance
- Involved in business development and structure commercial agreements for renewable projects including pricing strategies and reviewing terms & conditions of contracts.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as administration related.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
