Senior IT Executive

Job Summary:

The primary goal is to provide excellent service management and high-quality office productivity tools to transform workplace practices and enhance digital literacy among users. This includes promoting the adoption and proficiency of M365 applications across the organization and offering guidance on the skills and knowledge required to support these applications in the future.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and translate business needs/processes into effective IT solutions.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge in infrastructure, including experience managing systems such as M365, office automation (network, printer, laptop management, teleconference audio, etc.).
  • Oversee and execute digital transformation projects.
  • Actively identify and implement innovative digital solutions and technologies to address organizational challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster the adoption and proficiency of M365 applications across the organization, advising on the necessary skills and knowledge to support these applications in the future.
  • Contribute to the creation of a new digital workplace through vendor management.
  • Conduct regular routine checks on ServiceDesk management, backups, and software/service patches.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of all IT activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft M365 Platform project and support.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to support project management activities and effectively contribute to project delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
  • Ability to work independently, continuously upskill, and stay abreast of technological advancements.
  • Experience in leading a ServiceDesk team with ITIL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of M365 collaboration tools and administration.
  • Understanding of other Microsoft online services suite and on-premises technologies, including Azure, Active Directory, ADFS, group policy, DNS, security, and networking fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of IT networking (preferred).
  • IT-savvy, proactive, dynamic, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated learner and team player, capable of multitasking across various projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
