DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.
· Management of material, equipment and manpower in his section to ensure proper and economic usage.
· In-charge of receipt, transfer and control of M&E construction materials in designated area.
· Enforce the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures in accordance to Project Safety manual.
· To implement and monitor that the permit to work system is properly followed on site.
· To follow all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site.
· Prepare daily report for related works,
· To ensure the progress of works is on schedule.
· Supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
· Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
· Prepare method statement, shop drawings, CSD drawing, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
· To assist in updating site work status report.
· Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters including preparing M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.
· Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
· Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
