Job Scope:
- Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Manage projects independently to meet Key Performance Indices and set up SPC for monitoring equipment parameters.
- Write work instructions and training materials, and improve processes through DOE and data analysis.
- Qualify new tools and recipes, conduct Process FMEA, and train module AEs and Technicians on processes and SOPs.
- Identify and implement process simplifications, and incorporate best manufacturing methods into development phases.
- Reduce process variation, address yield improvement issues in cross-functional teams, and provide feedback and training on troubleshooting and risk assessment.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- Knowledge and preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in diffusion processes & other wafer fabrication modules
- Good inter-personal and communication skill
- Task oriented and good planning
- Good in technical analysis and logical thinking
- Flexible and open minded for the changes
