Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, Journal, P&L up to Balance Sheet)
- Keep track of project costing details and sub-con records, update payment made on monthly/periodic basis
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including T/T, L/C
- Arrange GIRO for monthly payroll, supplier payment
- Managing petty cash and staff claims
- Quarterly GST submission
- Handle Annual Audit and Tax queries
- Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreign workers
- Submission of Government grants, childcare leave, BCA/MOM survey and queries
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finanace/Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and as team in a fast-paced environment
- Commited, confident personality with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiar with MYOB accounting software/InfoTech HRMS will be an added advantage
