Job Responsibilities:
- Handle import & export shipment processing & arrangements
- Coordination with various parties (including customers, suppliers, overseas agents, forwarders) on shipment clearance/delivery/collection
- Maintaining records of warehouse stock level, placing replacement orders timely and keeping company product information in an organized manner
- Maintaining records of accounts receivable/payable to generate reports
- Handle other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with shipping/freight forwarding/documents
- Prior experience in air freight/sea freight/trucking will be highly favorable
- Must be well versed in processing standard shipping & business documents & their terminology, especially: L/C, B/L, D/O, switch B/L process, incoterms, invoices and PO
- Have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, accounting software and digital archiving procedures
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be analytical and organized
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision

- Salary: $3,500 to $4,000, salary will be based on relevant experience and working years
