RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales of vehicles, conduct test-drive experience, showcase features, functions, and benefits of the vehicle, showroom/office and non-showroom/office duties.
• Professional and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyality.
• Follow up on all leads provided and to maximize conversion to walk-in, test drive and sales closure.
• To able be an ambassador for our products which also includes being involved in production of media content for communication purposes.
• Training sessions internal/external will be provided and to actively participate in training to ensure maximum learning.
REQUIREMENTS
• Have a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• To be a highly self-motivated individual with ability to find solutions effectively.
• Team player.
• Right aptitude and has excellent communication skills.
• Possesses selling and negotiation techniques.
• Experience in handling and managing customers needs and expectations.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Able to work in rostered shift including weekends.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license minimum.
