Job Description
· Lead and control the exchange information with the interfacing Contractors for the production of the coordinated installation programme (CIP) and sign off by SWCs.
· Coordinate with SWC(s), CWCs and Architecture and Resolving coordination ‘blocking’ points and provide solutions.
· Coordinate with sub-contractor for IBMS.
· Coordinate with sub-contractors and SWC for MMS registration.
· Overall responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System wide contractors and other LTA Contractors.
· Hold regular co-ordination meeting with LTA system wide contractor and consolidate the action items and report back to the Design (Technical) Manager/Project manager for follow – up action with concerned parties.
· Leading CSD/SEM Drawing Development and CCSM and joint sign-off the drawings with SWCs and CWCs.
· Prepare/Review Trackwork Drawings for the various submissions process such as Preliminary, Pre-Final, Final and construction to the SWC for Information Exchange within the key dates.
· Arrange coordination/Interface meeting with SWC(s) and find solution.
· Preparation of all required and necessary documents and reports.
Job Requirement
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Railway Engineering.
· Minimum five (5) years of experience in Construction industry.
· Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of railway projects.
· The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural, E&M Services and E&M Systems installation.
