What you'll do:
As an Organisational Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong partnerships across various functions, finance, and HR.
- Establish and maintain organisational performance management process in the Zone
- Ensure Zone governance for organisational performance management
- Regular review of Magnitude / OrgVue gaps when it comes to headcount data (FTEs)
- Co-build target restatement proposal with Zone Function Head
- Co-develop Risks & Opps view and action plans with Zone Function Head and Finance
- Work closely with CBUs in ensuring delivery of Action plans
- Lead macro organisational review Vs blueprint at Zone level and for CBUs in the Zone
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Organisational Performance Manager position brings a wealth of experience and proficiency in key HR systems such as OrgVue, sHaRe, dashboards etc.
- Geographical remit of operating CBUs in AMEA and SEA
- Advanced Excel Knowledge (Power BI is a plus)
- Business Partnering Skills
- Stakeholder Management Skills
- Ability to drive both performance conversations and action plans
- Community engagement skills (Remote and outside of hierarchical field)
