Primary Objective(s) of Position
- Responsible for warehouse inventory management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle day to day inventory responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of inventory in and out of a warehouse
- Prepare and maintain inventory records for all accounts
- Perform timely updates of stock movements into Warehouse Management Sysem (WMS)
- Perform Ad hoc cycle count for various accounts
- Provide weekly/monthly stock count update
- Provide weekly/monthly Warehouse Space Utilization Reports
- Support export/local delivery/stock transfer shipment preparation and loading
- Responsible for warehouse stock accuracy Key Performance Indicator
- Coordinate disposal management
Person Specifications
- 1 year of working experience in relevant field/similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
