Job Description
- Projects Planning, Monitoring and Reporting.
- Coordinate with the Project Managers on planning for works and allocations of teams on various worksites.
- Attend site meetings.
- Check project technical specifications and construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and supervise works and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Design and Quantity Surveyors departments to resolve issues.
- Establish the detailed list of materials for each project, ensure their availability and liaise with the Purchase department to order what is necessary.
- Ensure all works are performed in accordance with the prevailing safety and quality standards.
- Prepare progress report, project handover report and claim report.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Building.
- Familiarity with Microsoft project, BIM and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
- 5.5 days per week.
- 2-year experience as site engineer.
- Class 3 driving license preferred.
