You will be working as a bartender in one of the well-known F&B chain.
Job Description:
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer orders or recipes.
- Crafting cocktails and suggesting drink options to patrons.
- Maintaining knowledge of a wide variety of drinks, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Serving drinks quickly and efficiently, ensuring proper portions and presentation.
- Engaging with customers, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and utensils.
- Regularly cleaning bar surfaces, stools, and floors.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restocking the bar with ingredients, garnishes, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavour pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
• Valid food hygiene certificate
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
