Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and open car doors for tenants, guests and visitors when they arrive or depart from their vehicles;
- Assist to carry heavy/bulky items for tenants, guests and visitors from vehicles to the lobby, if necessary;
- Shelter tenants, guests and visitors alighting from vehicles with umbrellas during inclement weather; and
- Handle enquiries of tenants, guests and tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in similar capacity
- Good customers and service orientated skills
- Able to converse in simple English language
- Tactful with cheerful personality
- Well groom and neat disposition
- Good interpersonal skills
- Works well with others and a good team player
