As an Equipment Engineer, you will:

Equipment and Process Development:
- Develop and modify appropriate processes for product quality control and production efficiency.
- Qualify design changes to equipment or processes.
- Develop equipment for production applications.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering / related engineering with relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and Equipment Automation Process would be advantageous. Proficiency in programming, especially in languages like Python, C++ is also highly valued. Familiar with Microsoft Suite of applications will be a plus.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with equipment and processes is crucial. This includes the ability to analyze equipment downtime and have continuous improvement project to improve equipment availability.
- Problem-Solving: The role often requires the ability to identify and resolve process deviation issues and develop solutions for equipment and process improvements
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration with various engineering groups and effective communication skills are important for this role.
