Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Admin & CCA Support Officer Role in MOE School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with the Admin Manager& CCA HOD in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Khatib MRT) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Administrative duties
- Receptionist functions & front-desk operations
- Coordinate transport services
- Provide logistics coordination
- Handle students who are ill or injured, including accompany students to hospital (when necessary only)
- Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in and email queries
- Mail sorting
- Simple administrative works such as filing
- Assist in processing Financial Assistance Scheme for students
- Other duties or financial tasks assigned by administration manager or school leaders.
CCA-related
- Support and provides general administration of CCAs.
- Organise CCA Exposure Day & Orientation Day
- Allocation of Sec 1 students
- Track students without CCAs/poor attendance on a termly basis. Provide info to CCA HOD.
- Print and check CCA certificates (all levels)
- Monitor CCA instructors’ MOE registration expiry date, and notify teacher-in-charge of such dates pending expiration.
- Help to take photographs and videos during key events
- Touch up and edit photographs and videos
- Assist to upload edited photographs and videos on social media.
Publications and Promotions Committee
- Provide support by developing marketing publications and materials to promote the school’s branding.
- Organize promotional talks/activities to primary schools.
- Edit and archive photographs and videos
- Responsible for addressing social media via Facebook with regards to the school’s current or upcoming events
Student Leadership Committee
- Administer NYAA (National Youth Achievement Award) programme including keeping track of students’ progress and reports.
- Provide support for student leadership activities
Values in Action (VIA) programmes
- Assist with VIA activities/events
- Track students without VIA
Risk Assessment Management (RAMS)
- Consolidate RAMS reports
School events
- Assist teachers during competitions, camps, outdoor education
- School celebrations, eg Speech Day, Arts Panache, sports carnival etc
- Provide support for post exam activities
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and skills:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications and skills:
- GCE “A” Level or equivalent
- Microsoft office skills, eg. proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in English.Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage.
The Personnel should preferably have the following skills:
- Photography and Videography editing skills

Summary:
Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working Hours:
Personnel will be deployed on either shift 1 or 2, subject to school’s need:
Shift 1
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hrlunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hrlunch break
(OR)
Shift 2
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hrlunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hrlunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
