Job Description:
To perform end user system hardware upgrade.
- Staging - prepare machine with necessary image
- Data backup on old PC
- Physical changeout from old to new PC
- Re-install all apps and agents
- User acceptance test and sign off
- Inventory checking and software update
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirement:
- Poly / ITE Graduate specialising in Information Technology
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining logistics equipment
- Good coordination skills
- Good technicial background
