We are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Crew to join the team and kick start the journey! Retirees and student on school leave are welcome to apply.
General Information :
Location: Hotel at Marina Bay area
Working days : 5Days or 6Days in a week
Shifts: Multiple rotating shift
Attire: Black Pants, Black Shoes, Black Socks (Top will be provided)
Contract: 6 months (Extendable)
Benefits :
Completion bonus up to $500
Ability to convert to fulltime
Responsibilities :
Greet and bid farewell to guests in a professional and warm manner
Carry out suggestive selling
Read the outlet logbook daily to be informed of all information
Manage POS machine and ordering services
Monitor guest satisfaction, attend to any requests or issues, and clear tables in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Requirement :
Minimum 6 months commitment
5 days work week
Comfortable for rotating shift work.
Customer service orientated
Ability to work in face paced environment
No experience or with experience are all welcome
