- To oversee the daily operation of Bell Service staff / department.
- Direct and supervise all duties of the team to ensure that day to day operational matters are handled timely.
- To train and develop Bell Service staff, in the skills required to perform their duties.
- Ensure traffic and crowd control in the hotel lobby and driveway are smooth. Hotel lobby should be free from excessive luggage and driveway should be free of vehicle obstructions.
- Knowledgeable of the movements of VIP guests and groups for proper planning and coordination.
- To be knowledgeable of the attractions, facilities and services in Singapore in order to provide the best options for guests.
- Obtain first-hand information about events in Singapore and share with the team and other departments in the hotel.
- Familiarize and train Guest Service Officers (GSOs) with the SOPs to ease the processes and daily operations. Ensuring that that all procedures are compliant to Accor's Brand Standards.
- To ensure guest satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Ensure that the GSO's grooming and uniform is up to standard at all times.
- To carry out any other duties when directed by superior.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in similar function
- Good command of English (oral & written) and a local language
