We are inviting candidates who can perform the below working hours :
Working hours will be 6 morning shifts (8am-2pm) and 2 evening shifts (6.30pm-10pm) per week.

The Role:
• Perform clerical and administrative duties at the clinic - registration of patients, dispensing of medications, submission of claims, payment settlement.
• Register patients including but not limited to checking CHAS/Insurance eligibility.
• Assist doctors and chaperone during procedures.
• Prepare equipment and ensure that it meets health and safety standard for use.
• Prepare, replenish, check and dispense medications and consumables
• Attend to phone calls, schedule appointment and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-up.
• Handle administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services from various vendors.
• General housekeeping of the clinic.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor/clinic manager.
The Person:
• Minimum GCE “N” levels.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work rotation shift and on weekends and public holidays.
• Positive, self-motivated and customer-service orientated.
• Team Player.
