Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation for blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, and ongoing support.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of complex business processes to identify needs and propose effective solutions.
- System Enhancements: Recommend and implement appropriate system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Software Design and Debugging: Design, develop, and debug software applications to meet client specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Compliance Maintenance: Ensure a thorough understanding of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adherence to standard compliance requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee large-scale implementation projects, effectively managing senior stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:Practical knowledge of relational databases (preferably Oracle) and programming languages such as SQL and Java.
Experience with software development and debugging processes.
- Experience:A minimum of 4 years of work experience in consulting, IT, or within the banking/financial applications sector.
Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the Health and Public sector.
